Appointment Policy

We strive to provide excellent eye care to all of our patients. When you schedule an appointment we reserve time exclusively for you to provide you with the highest level of care. When you no-show or fail to cancel your appointment this creates an inconvenience for other patients who are waiting for an appointment.

Our Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Please give our office at least 24-hour notice in the event that you need to reschedule your appointment. If you do not provide us with at least a 24-hour notice or you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you may be charged a $50 rescheduling fee.

This fee will be charged to the patient and not the insurance company.

As a courtesy we offer text message and email reminders to remind you of your scheduled appointment. You may contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at (330) 630-2580 or send us a text message. If it is outside of our regular hours, please leave us a message.

We understand that there may be times when an unexpected emergency or situation occurs and you may not be able to keep your scheduled appointment. These situations will be considered on a case by case basis.
