COVID-19 Information

In order to ensure the safety of our staff and patients, we will be following new procedural guidelines, as set forth by the Ohio Department of Health and the Centers for Disease Control.

What You Need to Know

Entry into our facility will now be by appointment only. At this time, we will not be allowing “walk-in” visitors. If you are in need of services that cannot be scheduled in advance, please call our front desk at (330) 630-2580 to discuss arrangements.

The CDC still recommends wearing masks while in a healthcare environment, even after vaccination.

Any patient with symptoms or fever will be asked to reschedule.

Patients are asked not to bring additional friends or family to their appointments, unless they are necessary to aid in patient care. Only one parent or necessary caregiver will be allowed to accompany the patient.

Frequently touched surfaces, such as doorknobs and desktops, will be sanitized multiple times per day and at the end of the day.

All exam instruments and contacted equipment surfaces are thoroughly sanitized between patients.

Exam rooms are thoroughly cleaned after each use and at the end of the day.

Eyeglass frames will be sanitized after patient contact.

Hand sanitizer is available in multiple locations throughout the office.

We kindly ask that you try to maintain 6 feet of distance from others in the office if possible, and please reschedule your appointment if you or a family member is feeling ill.
