The situation with COVID-19 brings plenty of uncertainty, especially for small businesses. It is an unprecedented time and we have worked hard to protect our patients and employees.
Because of the Coronavirus, it is with a heavy heart that we have decided to close our office until 04/06/2020. This date is subject to change, depending on the situation. We will update our hours and information on social media and by email when it is safe to open again.
Dr. Dave will be available for urgent care only. If you have an EYE HEALTH EMERGENCY (vision loss, eye pain, new onset flashes/floaters, eye injury, etc.) please call 330-630-2580. Due to lack of personal protective equipment, Dr. Dave will NOT see you if you or someone you have been in contact with has tested positive for COVID-19 or has any symptoms. We may be able to facilitate appropriate referral.
All eyewear and contact lens orders currently in process will be shipped for free as soon as they arrive. Please understand that no eyewear can be adjusted during the closure.
